DEWALT Extreme Bonded Abrasive Discs
DEWALT announces the launch of a new range of bonded abrasives. The new range is composed of a two levels of performance. DEWALT Extreme Abrasive Performance range focuses on end users who demand the highest level of performance through faster material removal rates, cutting speeds, extended life and looking to reducing overall project costs through increased productivity and reduced down time. The DEWALT High performance range targets end-users looking for the best value of bonded abrasive with a focus on the best wheel/cost ratios.
DEWALT Extreme 6mm grinding wheel range (100, 115, 125, 150, 180, 230mm diameter) uses premium tough zirconium grain for extended life and material removal and are ideal for heavy duty grinding of ferrous metals and stainless steels, weld blending and edge grinding with a free grinding action in stainless steel and other hard alloys. DEWALT Extreme 4mm cutting and grinding wheels (115, 125, 180, 230mm diameter) have premium tough zirconium grain for extended life and material removal. Heavy duty cutting/grinding of ferrous metals, weld blending, edge grinding, pipe bevelling and root grinding. DEWALT Extreme 3mm, 1.6mm & 1mm cutting wheels (100, 115, 125, 180, 230, 300, 350, 400mm diameter) offer fast burr free cutting, each wheel contains 2 full sheets of fibreglass for durability. Extreme range of bonded abrasive discs deliver up to 4 x performance life (measured against the DEWALT equivalent existing ranges).
DEWALT High Performance 6mm grinding wheels range (100, 115, 125, 150, 180, 230mm diameter) use high performance aluminium oxide grain for long life and fast cutting, ideal for grinding ferrous metals, weld blending and edge grinding. DEWALT High performance 3mm, 1.6mm & 1mm cutting wheels (100, 115, 125, 180, 230, 350mm diameter) offer fast burr free cutting, each wheel contains 2 full sheets of fibreglass for durability. The High Performance range of bonded abrasive discs, deliver up to 2 x performance life (measured against the DEWALT equivalent existing ranges).
