DEWALT Extreme Diamond Cups & Tuck Pointing

DEWALT announces the launch of its new Extreme diamond cup grinding wheels and Extreme diamond tuck pointing discs. These accessories are ideal for those trades working with masonry materials. The diamond grinding cups are ideal for dry grinding of concrete and other masonry materials, removing of flashing and smoothing uneven concrete surfaces. The tuck pointing diamond discs are perfect for the removal of mortar.

DEWALT have optimised the diamond matrix in both the diamond grinding cups and the segments of the cutting discs which provide up to 450 X the life of conventional abrasives. The large diamond segments on the grinding cups are adhered to the heat treated steel bodies providing increased durability and cup life. The segmented cutting discs are laser welded with heat treated steel bodies which provide increased durability versus standard diamond discs.

The diamond grinding cups are designed to fit a 125mm angle grinder with the correct guarding (DWE46150 Surfacing shroud). These come in 3 options;

DT3795-QZ– Single row for quick, but rough removal of the concrete surface finish

DT3796-QZ– Double row for slower removal and a smooth surface finish (general purpose)

DT3797-QZ– Turbo row for a fast and smooth surface finish

The 125mm diamond mortar raking wheels are designed to work with the DeWalt DWE46101 Mortar raking system
